Another eventful year is slowly drawing to a close. Nevertheless, we at DIHOST are working flat out on new products and expanding our existing web hosting and cloud infrastructure.
The following is an overview of our current and planned projects for 2021 and spring 2022.
A new, revised cloud panel with numerous new and useful functions should be available to all customers in spring 2022. In addition to numerous improvements (including a new file manager), the focus is on simplified project management and simple customer administration.
We also use a white label solution so that it is not evident that it is a product from us - you can define your company name and a logo yourself, which will be displayed to your customers in several places.
Another new feature is staging, which makes it easy to copy and restore existing applications. The backup system has also been revised and enables automatically created backups to be easily restored via the cloud panel.
In addition, new server configurations with more CPU / RAM and additional locations (USA and Asia) will be available. The storage space will also be expandable (cheaply) with just a few clicks with the new infrastructure.
The feedback from our customers was heavily involved in the development. You can expect many more great functions and innovations (load balancing, staging, Git, ...), which we will present to you as soon as possible.
The customer center will also be revised next year and should give you a simple overview and control over your customer account. Integration with the new cloud panel with single sign-on is also planned.
A new API will also be available to our partners and interested customers, which will enable the ordering and management of products via the Rest API. The cloud panel is also part of the API integration, with which the applications/websites can be easily controlled remotely.
With new products, our new cloud panel and customer center, we will also expand our existing products and infrastructure in the future. With new generations of processors and SSD / NVM hard drives, we will also continuously expand the specifications of the existing products, so that more resources (CPU, RAM and storage space) will be available to you. In addition to Europe, the USA and Asia will also be available as new server locations. In addition, our telephone support is to be significantly expanded, which will be available to you at all times.
